The two focuses of Holthaus Realty & Development are the brokerage and development of real estate.  

On the brokerage side, Holthaus Realty & Development specializes in the selling of all types of land, including residential lots, farms, commercial parcels, investment properties, and larger residential development tracts.  We also deal in the brokerage of retail, office, industrial, institutional, and multi-family properties as well.  Although we have sold homes in the past, it is not an area where we feel we can add much value to the customer, and therefore choose not to focus on the sale of residences (excluding farms and residences being sold for redevelopment).  We can, however, refer you to someone who can help you sell your home, someone who shares our passion and dedication to the highest standards in the industry.

On the development side, Holthaus Realty & Development is a full service development and project management company.  Our services provided include:
