St. Peters, MissouriThe Franchisees of Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken approached Holthaus Realty & Development in the Spring of 2008 to help source additional locations and to provide a turn-key development solution for them while they ran their existing 13 locations. The first location was at the northeast corner of Mexico Road and Mid Rivers Mall Drive, in the heart of St. Peters, Missouri, and opened in December of 2008. It is our anticipation to help the owners expand the franchise to 25 locations in the next 7 to 10 years.
